What reliable indicators of cultural creative industry performance?
How are statistics being collected (such as in the ‘Blue book’ of creative industries in China)? What do they reveal about the performance of cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao and Others? Are there any connections that can be made between overall performance of cities and the presence of creative clusters?
